Asbestos Related Lung Disease Medicolegal

Path Counsel has affilliated with PathLab, LLC which is one of the
leading national medicolegal pathology consultants in the field of
occupational asbestos exposure and associated lung diseases such as
mesothelioma.  

PathLab will not accept new cases after 31 July 2008 due to the pending retirement of their Medical Director, Dr. Malcolm Goodwin.  However, our Medical Director for Path Counsel, Dr. Godfrey has been working with Dr. Goodwin to gain familiarity with his analytic and reporting procedures.

Dr. Godfrey will assist Dr. Goodwin as his current PathLab caseload is
completed.  During and after this transition period, Path Counsel will
accept new consultation cases in this field. 

We invite previous asbestos litigation clients of PathLab to utilize Path Counsel for their future cases.  For the next two years, Dr. Goodwin will be available to Path Counsel for advisory input.
